- Complementary consultation if required at no additional cost
- Scheduling of appointment with specialist if necessary
- Questionnaire and complete physical examination by a medical doctor or specialized nurse practitioner
- Comprehensive blood tests, including lipid test, hormonal balance if required
- Audiogram every three years
- Cardiac evaluation (ECG) at rest, during exercise if required
- Detection of sleep apnea

- Access to services by a nutritionist if required
- Questionnaire and medical examination
- Gynecological examination and cytology if needed
- Complete lab tests (blood and urine)
- Electrocardiogram (ECG) at rest
- Mammogram or breast ultrasound and osteodensitometry if recommended
- Advice on menstrual syndromes and dysmenorrhea
- Advice on pre-menopause (perimenopause) and menopause as well as on osteoporosis prevention

Prescription and follow-up of ADD/ADHD in youth under 18 years of age following a neuropsychological evaluation (with charge)
